Refund Policy

SafeRise Protocol
Operated by Kenor International B.V., Sint Maarten
Last updated: 23 October 2026

The short version

Track 01 is free, permanently, so you can see what SafeRise is before paying anything.

If you subscribe and change your mind within 14 days, you can have your money back. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

1. Try it before you pay

Track 01 — Personal Transformation — is ten complete protocols with all their material, and it costs nothing. There is no trial period on it and no card required.

We would rather you spent time there first and subscribed because you already know the platform works for you. That free track is the reason this policy is straightforward rather than elaborate.

2. The 14-day window

If you subscribe and decide within 14 days that it is not for you, you can request a refund of that payment. You do not have to give a reason.

The same window applies after a renewal: if a monthly payment goes through and you decide within 14 days of that charge that you want to stop, ask.

Requests are handled by Paddle, who processed the payment. See section 5.

3. After 14 days

Subscriptions renew monthly. Once the 14-day window on a payment has passed, that period is not routinely refunded.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. Nothing further is charged. We do not pro-rate part months, and we do not ask you to speak to anyone before cancelling.

There are cases where we will always put things right, regardless of timing:

4. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

Because SafeRise is digital content you can use immediately, that right ends once access begins — but only if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged at checkout that you were giving up the withdrawal period. That acknowledgement is requested during checkout. If you would rather keep the full statutory period, decline immediate access there.

Nothing in this policy reduces a right your own country's law gives you. Where your local law offers more than this page does, your local law applies.

5. How refunds are handled

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle is the seller, processes the payment, issues your invoice, and decides and issues refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the transaction itself.

To request a refund, either:

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Where VAT or sales tax was charged, it is refunded with the payment.

6. Access after a refund

Once a refund is issued, paid access ends. Track 01 remains available to you free of charge, and your account stays open unless you ask us to close it.

Your journal and session record live on your own device and are unaffected. A refund does not delete them.

7. Group, corporate and one-to-one bookings

Workshops, retreats, corporate agreements and individual sessions are arranged separately, and their own terms apply. This policy does not cover them.

8. Fair use

We will not argue with anyone asking in good faith.

We do reserve the right to decline where an account shows a repeated pattern of subscribing and reclaiming, or where material has been copied or redistributed. Paddle applies its own checks for the same reason. This is not aimed at anyone who simply changed their mind.

9. How to cancel

From your account page, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe, without contacting anyone. You can also cancel through the link on any Paddle invoice.
